Terms and Conditions 

 

We accept cash and checks only for payment in the store and orders that will be picked up in the store. We cannot swipe cards in the store.
Internet orders and orders that will ship can be paid by Visa or Mastercard, no Amex.
We rely upon our customers to proof read their own work. We do not proofread work before it goes on press. If we print your artwork, and you discover an error when you pick up, we will gladly re-print for you, after you have paid for the initial printing, for the regular price less 30%.
If we prepare your artwork, we will send you proofs for you to proofread. Once you approve the proof, we will go to print almost immediately. If you give us a correction, and that correction is not made by us or an error is our fault, or the printing is not to your satisfaction, we will re-print at our cost.
We must collect a 50% deposit before going to print or before embarking on graphic design work. The balance is due upon completion of the work.
We collect NYS sales tax. Our local rate is 8.375%. The only way to not pay the tax is to provide us with a Tax Exempt form or a Resale Certificate prior to our going to print.
All outgoing freight is UPS ground and billed at UPS ground rates plus 10% to cover packing, unless otherwise arranged by the customer. We can and do ship UPS overnight and 2-day air upon request.

I am sure that there are other little items that i should put in this section, but cannot remember any at this moment. We try to make the whole process as easy and unencumbered by regulations and rigamarole as possible.
